The Birth of a Blog

I started this blog because well, my best friend Colleen made me. Okay, she didnt really make me do anything. But she suggested I try this out seeing as though I have come across some extra time on my hands. Let me explain a little about myself:

I work super part time but I make awesome full time money bartending at a fancy shmancy restaurant in downtown Charleston. I love my job and (most) of the people I work with. Did I mention it's super part time? I average about 25hrs a week but I make more money than my husband (sort of).

TA DA!! So, I work only at night and most weekends. That leaves me many, many open hours during the weekday. The free time I have before work on the weekends is spent with this hunk:

Okay, that's not really him but that is most deffinitely a photo that looks a lot like him :) Jason and I were recently married by our good friend in my parent's backyard:

And we currently live in Charleston, SC:

I love our little life and all of the adventures we are having and will have yet to come! I started referring to myself as a "domestic housewife" because I'm gone in the evening but my days are spent running, cooking, biking, cleaning, beaching, baking, rocking out and vegging on the couch reading a book and watching mindless television (kill your tv)!

Thus, making me feel like A DOMESTIC HOUSEWIFE!
